The beautifly situated moraine Ińsko Lake of the area of 560 ha, the length of 5km and the width of 2km without any doubt is the most beautiful in Western Pomerania. Situated at the altitude of 122m above sea level amongst postglacial hills and beautiful woods of a rich coastline is a paradise for nature admirers, pedestrians and bike wanderings, fishermen, canoeists and people who value peace (the lake is free of motorboating). The first water quality class allows fishing (the permissions can be bought on the spot) and it makes the people go diving – the limpidity to 10 m – (2. diving bases). The lake is full of fish species: breams, tenches, perches, pikes, eels, whitefishes and a rare vendaces, which taste had made Ińsko famous. One can buy fish on the yearlong Fish Market, which offers fresh and smoked fish.
